Being Practical

Hi all,

The chalet planning has been most exciting.

However, its surprising to know how much chalets cost nowadays in Singapore. Depending on the number of people, we are looking at cheapest option of $50 per person (assuming 10 people comes) just for 2 nights accomodation in 2 standard chalet in Pasir Ris.

Alternatively, something more exciting came up which is to go to Bintan. The accomodation for a 3bedroom villa is S$66 per person (assuming 10 people comes) for 2 nights. On top of that, you need to account for ferry rides return cost $45 per person.

So, in short, if we go to Pasir Ris, you need to be prepared to spend about $50 per person excluding food and if we want a different experience then $100 per person to bintan. All these before food.

We need to get practical and see if you or your parents will be okay with 1) allowing you to go and 2) the cost.

Can you all please consider and discuss. Get back fast so we can decide whether to go ahead with such a plan.

Rgds,
