Ok... Cool... I didn't realise. Sry.
So I was thinking we blog on ideas about what we can do for our gathering e.g. chalet, in this week till Friday. Then we might use the ideas and vote for them in the polls.

Meanwhile we can set-up a poll asking of your opinion on whether it should be during the March holidays, last two weeks of June holidays, September holidays, or the last two weeks of December holidays. We have until Friday to vote in this poll.

So the planning stage should be a 2 weeks. the most 3 weeks.
